We found snow in California!

We took a 45 minute drive up the way to Idyllwild with some friends after school one day. I was very hesitant in believing that we would find anything but slushy spots here and there. I was pleasantly surprised at what we found. Todd was pretty stoked on the half pipe shaped valley where we sledded. Abby even gave sledding a try. After sledding we got pizza and the local pizzeria.

Happy Valentine's Day

The kids woke up on the morning of Valentine's to each of their beds decorated and a small simple Valentine from Mom and Dad. Then we were off to lots of school parties. Blake just loves his picture taken. I guess it isn't so cool in 2nd Grade anymore.

Madison was pleasently surprised that Valentine's often comes with candy!!!

Abby just spent the day being adorable and passing out lots of hugs and kisses.

The night before Hailey and Todd had a Father/Daughter Dance at school. He came to the front door to pick her up and brought her a ladybug necklace and a corsage. The pictures show her excitement. I got dinner and a movie with Todd the next night.
