It was preschool at our house again. This time it was the letter Y. The big hit was doing
It's Dirt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Spring has sprung on our street! Madison has found a new love (besides Noah), Gardening.
She and Noah cannot get enough of the dirt.
When ever our friend Scott pulls in from work with a truck load of dirt Noah runs up to get Madison, they search for the perfect shovel (they really inspect them all), and then they are off.
It is a lot of digging!
Very messy!!!!!!
But these two crazy kids love it!!
We get to enjoy it all.
Madison's hard work (and Daddy's) is making our yard look great!

Easter Dinner at Grandma Di's House
After church we went down to San Diego to Grandma Di's house for Easter Dinner.
We also celebrated mine and Hailey's birthdays.
Our Uncles always hide eggs in Grandma Di's yard. Blake is really into finding the hard one's.

Madison finally found an egg that she could eat!
Abby loves her new chick that Di got her. She is one cute chick!

The best part is always spend the time with our cousins!

The kids were super excited to get their baskets and hunt outside for eggs. Madison was mad that Easter Bunny only left coins in her eggs and no candy. She would shake they eggs and hear the rattle of coins and say "Darn it I hate money", throw it on the ground and look for another one. You've got to love three year olds.

Hailey's Cupcake Birthday Party
and the girls all had so much fun.
I made 80 cupcakes so the girls could decorate 4 each. Thank goodness they could be frozen!
Hailey wanted her cupcake shop to be called "Cupcake Cuties". The girls all went home with a chef hat, apron, sprinkles and a box of four cupcakes they decorated. Grandma Newbold made the adorable aprons. Super Cute! Grandma Di came up and helped me with the party!
Hailey's giant cupcake. Yummy!
The girls all made their own mixture of sprinkles.
The also made cupcake recipe books
Todd made a giant sized muffin tin to play toss.

We went beach camping at San Elijo for spring break with some friends. The kids didn't hesitate to get in the water even though it was only 60 degrees. We had a blast. We spent hours at the beach and then went back to camp and had dinner all together and sat around the campfire.
Madison was really into our friends game they had up at camp. She was funny to watch.
