One Wednesday in December we took the kids to Disneyland to see the Holiday decorations there. We left after school got out early on Wednesday and headed to California Adventure first. Madison really wanted to show everyone the "flying ride" a.k.a Soaring Over California. Just her and I rode it last month for her birthday and it is all she could talk about since. We also took Abby to see Playhouse Disney.

Next we headed over to Disneyland to see the Christmas Parade. It was very impressive and totally different from the regular one. We were right my the big Christmas tree on Main Street and tried our best to get a descent picture, but Abby wouldn't have it.

The whole park was covered in lights.

They made the castle look like snow and had a magical lighting ceremony.

Daddy and his princesses!

The small world ride was my favorite. They made a lot of changes to make it show how all the different countries celebrate. Hailey loved it because that is what she has been learning in social studies at school.

We stayed for the fireworks and after they were down they made it snow. They kids loved it, but couldn't be fooled by the bubbles.

We hurried and got on a few more rides before we left. We walked right onto the Dumbo ride which is normally packed. We closed down the park for sure.

Some of our friends were there also so we meet up with them and did some of the things together. We loved Disneyland during the Holidays. I am so glad we were able to fit it in.
