Beach camping here we come! The kids were out of school for two weeks so one of the weeks we went camping on the beach with some friends. Between the families there were 17 kids. The kids love it! The weather was a little bit cool the first couple of days but it didn't stop us.

Hailey's first morning walk looking for sand dollars she got swooped up by a wave. The water was freezing in the morning. She just laughed it off and hurried in to change. What a sport!

The second night there it rained in the middle of the night and our motor home had a small leak that we had forgotten to fix. We decided to take the motor home to Grandma Di's house and fix the leak. Thank you Di for letting us use her house for a couple of hours. We were all able to shower, and do a couple of loads of laundry while Daddy fixed the leak. We headed back down to the beach to spend the rest of the week. We were also able to fill the water tank back up so I was able to get a shower everyday for the rest of the trip without worrying about the water levels. Thank goodness! We also had some great weather the rest of the week.

The kids loved having the Dads there to dig huge holes, bury them and make them mermaids.

If the kids were not on the sand they were off riding back through the tunnels to the bay side. We had quite the pile of bikes to lock up at night. Unfortunately Joey's bike was stolen and when they got home they found it on sale on Craig's list. Apparently they come over from OB and look for good bikes and sell them.

The kids also loving playing games and sitting by the campfire! Blake loves it so much he was determined to stay by the fire and long as he could but he was so tired one night he fell asleep.

Hailey's birthday on Thursday when we were there so I had the kids make mini bunny cakes and we sang to her.

Abby loved everyone minute of it and wanted to be where all the kids were all the time.

The girls loved playing games!

Madison, Trey and Temet are such good buddies and loved climbing the life guard towers.

It is so nice to all be together and not have to worry about being somewhere
