By the time we got ready to leave the ski resort we noticed that some of the owners of the cars we passed in the park lot had a lot of digging out to do. We were shocked to find out that people do not know how to drive in a snow storm. It took us three hours to get to my Mom's house. It is usually about thirty minutes door to door. We were really wishing we had stayed at the lodge for dinner.

There were at least a half dozen of these signs on the side of the road. It seems like we were stopped in front of each of them for ten minutes at a time.

We played every car game possible. The kids eventually all fell asleep. I looked back and Blake was without a shirt curled up in the very back seat. Hailey was asleep next to him and Madison was hugging her skis and sleeping.

We also hit a snowstorm on our way home from Utah on the El Cajon pass. They had closed the road and we took a side road to get home. I couldn't believe how many people were pulled over there. The kids said they love playing in the snow not driving in it.
