It is time for the river again! This is the kids favorite summer trip we take every year. We love going with the Tanner family. The kids get along so well and it is really low key. We always have such good and funny memories each year. We spent four days on the river this time. We keep adding a day each year.
This time we were here for the 4th of July. The next three days we almost had the river to ourselves. It was beautiful. Here is a picture of our set up on the river.
We pitch our canopies in the river and stay there all day and into the evening. It is so hot but we don't mind it because we are wet the whole time. One night there was a huge wind and rain storm about ten at night. They boys barely made it in time to grab the canopies before they blew away. Thank goodness we have the motor home and not tents. The wind was really rocking the motor home. The kids had no idea because there were sound asleep after along day of playing.

Madison was really brave this year too. She wanted to conquer the tube alone this year. She was cracking us up with her faces and hand gestures to speed up or slow down.
She gives tubing two thumbs up!!
