Chilling Ice Palace Adventure

A chill was blowing in at the Queen Mary so we had to go check it out!
It was only 7 degrees in the building to keep the ice sculptures from melting so they gave us all coats to wear.  We were glad we had them!

Abby was so excited to enter the Ice Kingdom because the first room was an enchanted forest!

There was the giant castle that you could walk through made of ice.
The next room had a giant whale and dolphins right next to a giant ice sculpture of the Queen Mary.
The whale was an ice slide for the younger kids and off the Queen Mary were two giant ice slides for the older kids.  Madison is the only one who did not want to do the slide.  She was freezing!  There was now way she was sitting down on the ice.

Next we went through the ice caves to Santa's Toyland.  Everything was made of colored ice.  The kids all thought the colored ice was really cool.
The last room was the Nativity room with crystal clear ice sculptures of the Nativity.

It was a chilling good time!
