Open House

Tonight was open house at school, where the kids get to show us all the things they have been learning about for the year.  They are so excited to bring us to school and show us around the classroom. 

 Here is Madison at her desk with Scooby Doo.  Mr. Johnston said she got to pick an award for being such a great listener and she chose to sit in a desk next to Scooby Doo.

 Next we went to fourth grade to Hailey's class.  Each student explained who they were dressed like and why they are important to California. 

 This is Hailey's portrait of Shirley Temple.  Mrs. Holt was so impressed with her creativity and patients to make her curls on her picture.  She did a great job!!!  She is quite the crafter.

Mr. Holt is definitely one of our all time favorite teachers!
