Who knew Blake was such an amazing runner? Today he nailed it on his first 5k. Blake and his two friends Mason and Cole ran together in the Color Me Irish 5k. He was the 4th one the come across the finish line and the first of the youth to come in!!!
We could not believe when we saw him coming around the corner. We thought we had a good 15 minutes before seeing any of the boys. There was Blake making his way to the finish line!!!
Super proud of him!!! He said his mile at school is seconds away from under 6!!! Trying to get him to join the track team since most kids are around 7. Glad he had fun!!! We had a blast watching him.
