Morning on the Safari

Rise and shine!!!  We got up bright and early to have breakfast in the mesh hall.  There was a delicious breakfast buffet at 6am for all the guests.
It was so amazing to wake up to these amazing views.  The rain had stopped and the sun was out and luckily all the animals were out.

After breakfast we explored a little since we got in late.  They let you roam around 24/7 if you want to.

At 9am our tour started.  The first hour is a walking tour.  They had a few small areas the tour guide took us to and explained about the property and how it all started.

They had lots of different types of monkeys.

There was a cheetah at the front of the property.
These girls loved the little fox.
There was a huge bird aviary there since the owner's wife specializes in birds.  She has collected them from all over the world.  The tour guide did a great job making that fun and interesting.
They also have the largest amount of giraffes in the United States.  We couldn't believe how healthy all the animals looked.
