The Rockefeller's promised an amazing firework show and they did not disappoint! Don had ordered some fireworks thinking it was 40 boxes but it turned out to be 40 cases!!!!
We had to cross the river to Arizona to shoot them off since two weeks earlier he got in trouble with the young men two weeks earlier for setting a tree on fire in the park. Great!!! The men loaded up the pontoon boat and we headed across with a giant spotlight across the river. I felt like I was in a movie. It was crazy!!! The men were beyond excited though.
They did put on an amazing show for us as we watched from the boat docked at the shore.
These are not even close to some of the amazing fireworks they shot off.
They also had about 80 paper lanterns they set off. Abby loved seeing the lanterns just like in the movie Tangled. She watched a couple of dozen go up and then she was out for the night even with fireworks going off right above her.
The lanterns were amazing floating through the sky. The men thought they were super romantic giving us a show. We were all just praying a fire didn't start:)
These Harry Potter wands were really cool!
It was very pretty with fireworks shot over the river. They next day the other campers said it was quite the show.
