Retro Night

Daddy had been in San Jose all week with work so we decided to do something fun and different on Friday night.  So we took some friends down to San Diego to the Corvette Diner.  They had changed locations and we had not been there forever so we thought it would be a fun place to eat before heading to the Drive In Movie.

 There is nothing like a shake with your dinner!  They kids were not sure what to think of the outrageous waiter throwing napkins and straws everywhere.

 Blake collected all the extra straws all over the table though and made himself a giant straw.

 Next we headed to the drive in.  Luckly Hailey decided to change her bad attitude after not getting what she wanted at the arcade.  Someone always has to be in a bad mood.  The late nights and active days are starting to get to everyone.

 It was fun though to be at the drive in.  We saw Ice Age which was pretty lame but the atmosphere was fun.

 Todd had the best time of all he was more excited then any of us.  He really wanted to take the back seat out and blow up the mattress.  I must say it was nice to watch a movie in my lounge chair.
