Pizza Cooking Class with Friends

The girls and I were invited to lunch at California Pizza kitchen.  The kids made pizza game boards and then got to make their own personal pizza's for lunch. 

 It was a fun afternoon break during a busy week.  Glad for the lunch invite.  The kids loved making their pizzas.

Dinner at Johnny Rockets

Before heading home after a fun day in Orange County we ate at Johnny Rockets.  These guys sure are fun to be with.  Very silly!

 After the library we decided to check out Huntington beach and let the kids ride their scooters.  It had a perfect boardwalk for riding.

 There is a surf spot right under the pier that is a cool view to watch the surfers catch the waves.

 Todd even rented a bike so I could ride along.

Perfect afternoon for a  ride along the beach.

President's Day at the Nixon Library

Monday there was no school for Presidents day so we went to the  Nixon Library in Orange County.  It was free so we took the kids since they have all been studying the presidents at school.

 They had some old things from early American history.  Abby told us all about Lincoln and Washington as we looked at the things.

Happy Valentine's Day

When we got home from roller-skating we found a big Valentine surprise on the table!!!  Dad got home a few minutes before us from the office and surprised his Valentine's with a decorated table.  I had bought a heart pizza to put in for dinner for them and Blake babysat while I got to go to dinner and a movie with my Valentine.  Happy Valentines Day!

Epic Rollerskating

Another day off of school for President's weekend so I took the kids skating with friends at the new roller rink in town.  It was also Valentine's day so we thought we would doing something fun during the day.  They LOVE skating right now and have been wearing some old rollerblades that Blake and Hailey got a few years back. 

 Abby ruled the rink!!! I thought we would spend a lot of time on the floor the first time but she was a pro swerving in and out of people.  She skated for a solid two hours.

I managed to get one shot of Blake and Mason.  They tried hard to avoid me.

Making School Valentines

Tonight we made valentine's boxes and school valentines for the girls school parties. 

 Abby gave out ring pops that said "You are a real gem"

 Hailey gave out a school of fish to her peers.

 Madison gave them packets that you pop and they make a tiny heart balloons.

They love valentine parties at school.

Daddy Daughter Hoe Down

All ready for the Daddy Daughter Hoedown with all the activity day girls and their Dads.  The girls were so excited for their special date.  Madison even got her doll dressed up for the occasion.

 They had a great time dancing and eating chili that the girls served them.  Dad had to switch off partners with two girls  but they did not seem to mind.  Sister Tanner danced with one while Daddy danced with the other.
