After our morning safari we drove into Sacramento to see the State Capital before heading into Lake Tahoe for the night. It was such a nice day and the capital was so pretty. We were all getting hungry so we did not do the tour but just toured around ourselves.
You can see how thrilled the kids look that they are in front of Governor Brown's meeting that was in session. They did like looking at all the displays of all the counties and seeing how many they have been to. Now they know where Grandma Di goes sometimes and where our state laws are passed.
